Leisure satisfaction and work engagement

What is it about?

Our study is conducted to test the relationship between leisure satisfaction and work engagement.

Why is it important?

Turkey as geographical location and culture represent both Europe and Asia. In Turkey, women gave different roles than men and those roles sometimes produce constraints to participate leisure activities. Therefore, leisure is more important for Turkish women's.
