What is it about?

Job coaching is a valuable employment preparation activity for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We showed the impact of a job coaching intervention using an ipad to coach employees to improve performance in food preparation activities.

Why is it important?

Our findings show the impact of portable technology in delivering job coaching services, without creating dependency on constant human support for the coaching.
