The theory of planned behavior or TPB [36,37] and the theory of acceptance model or TAM [38] can be adopted with some extended variables to enrich the research. Trust can become an intervening variable and an antecedent of attitudes that lead to the emergence of intention to use (based on TAM) or purchase intention (based on TPB). Decomposition of the problem through factor analysis can assist in finding appropriate solving strategies. Perceived risk as another independent variable, especially if the research object is not risk-free, such as health products and services, is also recommended to add. When consumers hold a high perceived risk, the likelihood of using or purchasing a particular product is lower [39]. Hence, this variable may provide a better explanation than the perceived value regarding a less-popular use of digital health services in Indonesia
