Counting fuzzy (normal) subgroups of some finite groups

What is it about?

This paper has treated classifying the fuzzy (normal) subgroups of D_{2p} *Z_{q} (p, q primes) and all finite groups of order n <= 20, by using the natural equivalence relation, introduced by Tarnauceanu.

Why is it important?

In this paper, the numbers of maximal chains and the number of all distinct fuzzy (normal) subgroups of the group D_{2p}* Z_{q}, where p; q are prime numbers and p ΜΈ= 2, is obtained. Also, the number of distinct fuzzy (normal) subgroups of all finite groups of order n <= 20 is determined.
