Mindful movement helps align thinking, feeling and doing

What is it about?

Mindful movement integrates not just body, mind and world, but also cognition and consciousness (as defined by Maturana and Varela) within the environments we live in. This ongoing balancing act enhances our awareness and helps us adapt and align our behaviour more coherently with the world we are a part of. These patterns of living, over time, determine our evolution.

Why is it important?

Because human technologies are already being used to manipulate ourselves and our world in ways that alter our evolutionary path, conscious participation in our evolution as a species is urgently called for. Evolving our consciousness so we can consciously evolve is among the most critical challenges our our times.
