Encouraging drama therapists to get confident in the online therapy space

What is it about?

This essay details my own personal journey as a drama therapist moving her practice online during COVID-19. It is an encouragement to others who may not be excited about technology to use their imagination, creativity and playful spirit in making the leap to online therapy.

Why is it important?

Even post-COVID, online therapy is here to stay. It is important for drama therapists to understand how they might work online, and the opportunities of digital therapy work in terms of access and equity.
