Aminosilanes derived from 2-mercaptobenzimidazole.

What is it about?

Aminosilanes have nitrogen silicon bonds that are the most weakest in the chemistry, fortunately some of them can crystallized, and gave the opportunity to analyzed those bonds, we have used the X-ray diffraction together with NMR to identified some derivatives of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole.

Why is it important?

We found different behavior of aminosilanes when they are blocked to form more supramolecular complex structure or the structure when the arise net is possible.
