Is 'he' in reference to a woman still in use in Dutch dialects?

What is it about?

In some dialects, women are referred to with a pronoun that is grammatically masculine ('he'). This paper investigates which dialects still have this feature by doing citizen science on Twitter, and finds its occurrence in an area in Limburg where it was never documented before.
