What is it about?
Synthesis of 4-chloro-2-phenyl-2H-chromene-3-aldehyde from flavanone is reported for the first time. The selected designed molecules are prepared using conventional one pot method. Structure of all the synthetic compound is done using Single crystal XRD. The obtained preliminary data are presented herewith possible future outcome of this study.
